Our company is looking for a Rendering Specialist to join our team.

Role Summary:
Rendering Specialists support Project Managers and Designers. They provide 3D Renders to support the Design projects.
Responsibilities & Objectives of this Role:
● Create 3D designs from 2D Floor Plans, site photos, and reference images
● Import 3D designs into Lumion
● Create and add objects as necessary to complete the design per specifications
● Create and edit objects as necessary to fulfill the intent of the design
● Add maps and textures and manipulate same to achieve desired results
● Create and add direct and ambient lighting
● Create camera views per best practices
● Set up renderer settings and render camera views
● Export rendered views to photoshop for further enhancement
● Work off of Google Drive and maintain filing standards
● Collaborate with the team throughout process
● Maintain texture and map and object files
● Create 2D and 3D object files. i.e.: furniture, profiles
Required Qualifications:
● Associate/Bachelor’s Degree
● Industry knowledge (preferred)
● 3-5 years of experience with Exterior Design and Rendering
● Computer skills and working knowledge of the following software: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Lumion, Photoshop
● Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
● Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
● Creative problem solver
● Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
