Detailed Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in US family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, child support, and adoption
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and parenting plans
- Provide legal counsel and case strategy tailored to each client’s unique circumstances
- Conduct legal research and stay up to date on changes in state family laws
- Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and other attorneys as needed
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Experience working with Legal research in Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Experience with formal discovery and litigation.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should be willing to work in a US Night Shift setting.
- Mandatory experience in US Family Law
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Must have laptop and proper Internet connectivity to perform duties from home.
