We are looking for a candidate who provides legal administrative support & assist with US Arbitration to attorneys. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and have mandatory experience with US Arbitration procedure.
Job Description:
Detailed Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Draft, review & manage legal documents related to US Arbitration.
• Provide legal counselling and advisory support to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Maintain case files, documentation, and legal records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Support legal administrative tasks and compliance documentation.
• Ensuring that all legal work is completed efficiently, and deadlines are adhered to.
• Creation of legal documents as per clients’ guidelines.

Job Requirements
• Qualification in legal studies or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with One legal, PACER & Clio software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Must have laptop and proper Internet connectivity to perform duties from home.
