We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and lead generation for our U.S.-based MSP (Managed Service Provider) business. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B IT services marketing, a deep understanding of the MSP industry, and expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead nurturing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute targeted campaigns, leverage marketing automation, and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into customers.

Detailed Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
• Create and optimize email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and social media campaigns.
• Align marketing strategies with business goals to increase brand awareness and market penetration in the U.S.Lead Generation & Nurturing:
• Implement and optimize marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) to nurture leads.
• Work with sales teams to develop and refine lead qualification processes.
• Track, measure, and optimize lead generation efforts using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing dashboards.Brand Positioning & Competitive Analysis:
• Research competitors and market trends to refine value propositions and messaging.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Optimize website conversion rates with landing pages and call-to-actions (CTAs).Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Provide monthly reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
Job Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or MSP industry.
• Proven track record in lead generation and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
• Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, demand generation, and inbound strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with U.S. IT market trends and MSP industry dynamics.Preferred:
• Experience marketing Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, or Help Desk Services.
• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns.
