Detailed Job Roles and Responsibilities

● Translate hand sketched designed spaces into CAD to create plans and construction
drawings
● Input plan information from surveys
● Revise plans and elevations based on comments from clients, Homeowners
Association, and city standards, as directed by the Team
● Communicate revisions to Project Managers
● Follow CAD standards and procedures
● Role requires working outside of regular business hours and dependent upon
business needs.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
● 2 year’s experience in Landscape Industry
● Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
● Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple
projects at once
● Proficient in AutoCAD
● Creative problem solver
● Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and
enjoys a challenge
● Experience in InDesign and Bluebeam (preferred)
