Job Description:
Detailed Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Translate hand sketched designed spaces into CAD to create plans and construction drawings
• Input plan information from surveys
• Revise plans and elevations based on comments from clients, Homeowners Association, and city standards, as directed by the Team
• Communicate revisions to Project Managers
• Follow CAD standards and procedures
• Role requires working outside of regular business hours and dependent upon business needs.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or landscape architecture
• 2+ years of Landscape Industry.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
• Creative problem solver
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
• Experience in InDesign and Bluebeam (preferred)
• 2+ years of Landscape Industry.
