We are seeking a skilled VMware Implementation Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize virtualization solutions across enterprise environments. This role is responsible for implementing VMware-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability while aligning with business and technical requirements.

Job Description:

Detailed Job Roles and Responsibilities

• 5+Years of experience with VMware technologies like vSphere, NSX, vSAN
• Design and implement VMware environments including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
• Deploy and configure VMware NSX (network virtualization & security) and vSAN (software-defined storage)
• Perform greenfield and brownfield implementations, migrations, and upgrades
• Integrate VMware solutions with third-party platforms (e.g., Dell, NetApp, Pure Storage)
• Solid understanding of:
• Networking (VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• Storage (SAN/NAS, iSCSI, NFS)
• Server hardware (Dell PowerEdge or similar)
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple infrastructure layers
•Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) or VMware Aria (vRealize Suite)
• Familiarity with automation tools (PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with hybrid cloud (Azure VMware Solution, AWS VMware Cloud)
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam)
• Exposure to Kubernetes or Tanzu environments
